In today's fast-paced world, instant gratification is all the rage—and sketch comedy troupe Killing My Lobster is here to provide! Over the course of 12 hours, we are forcing our writers and actors to produce an entire show—potentially blending sketch comedy, improv, crowd work, or maybe even pranks on our performers? We can't know for sure, but no matter what, before that timer is up, it’ll be performed for a live audience.
Join Killing My Lobster as we race toward the finish line and bring you raw, uncut, boundary-pushing sketch comedy that asks the question: "Did you even read to the end of this blurb?"
Every show will be all-new, featuring a different team of artists! Witness the madness, select Saturdays every other month at 9pm.

About KML’s Residency at Z Space
When Killing My Lobster had to temporarily pause operations in the summer of 2025, Z Space stepped in to explore a new partnership rooted in years of artistic collaboration and shared creative community between the two organizations.
The result was KML’s 2026 Residency at Z Space, in which Z Space provides subsidized performance spaces for KML programs, as well as fundraising and marketing support. The two organizations are actively co-fundraising to support the cost for these events.
As a producer of risk-taking new works, Z Space is proud to serve as a home for the Bay Area theater community. We recognize KML as a vital incubator for new comedic works and diverse artistic voices that shape the creative identity of our region.
Our hope is to continue to sustain and elevate San Francisco’s arts ecosystem together by growing and expanding this partnership far into the future.
